Jin Zhuanglong was appointed the new secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Friday. According to an official statement issued on Thursday, Xiao Yaqing, who is being investigated by the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, has been removed from the post. Also on Friday, Wang Xiangxi was appointed as the new Party chief of the Ministry of Emergency Management of China, while Huang Ming was removed from the post, the ministry’s website said.
